This newly renovated Residence bordering a steep creek, sat in a native environment which closed in on the Residence, blocking the view to distant mountain ranges. AFLA proposed a physical and psychological enlarged 'vanishing edge like' rear garden design to fully bring out the distant mountain range with its strong and calming contrast. Incorporating an of center pool, various levels and a client's desired putting cord behind the vanishing edge lawn with sitting steps, added to the variety of diverse spaces to be discovered.
