This newly purchased residence exhibited large and bare exterior concrete surfaces. To bring the client’s favored ‘wine-country-feel’ to the city and turn the space around, AFLA proposed a bold and fresh approach with vibrant Mediterranean-style setting. A window, trellis, and rooftop vineyard were designed for the garage and surrounding space as backdrop for the courtyard.
