AFLA provided early conceptional Landscape Master plans for this 'Umbrian Style' residential settlement on top of a new Napa hillside vineyard. Work included the layout of olive orchards and coordination of vineyards with Wente vineyard management to incorporate anticipated landscape settings. AFLA furnished detailed construction drawings for terraces and courtyards and provided concepts for a water tower, tennis court, a stacked double vanishing edge swimming pool as well as comprehensive site, road and vineyard related drainage and grading plans for final engineering.
