PITTSBURGH, CA Developer authorized Landscape Concept seeking partial improvement possibilities for the main entrance and pool area of a housing community. AFLA provided, updated As-Built site surveys, site analyses and recreational spaces for increased social interaction. The main entrance bordering an undeveloped neighbor lot required a temporary and permanent solution for improved traffic flow and higher entrance recognition.
