AFLA's early work provided a parking lot layout for a 'live work' unit in teamwork with a Canadian Landscape Architect. Vegetated sitting areas for workers and parking lot shade trees, maximized visual privacy for each unit. Vertical trees marked the entrance and disguise external or internal technical structures.
