Developer authorized minimal landscape plan for a newly constructed housing community. AFLA provided, updated As-Built site surveys and layout, planting and irrigation proposals for each Residence's front yard and public spaces. AFLA's intention was to provide individualized environments to achieve a distinct feel of coming home into a 'private community'. Roads have been lined with cherry trees.
