AFLA's success is due to the owner’s personal involvement from the very beginning of a project through all design, construction and maintenance phases. Such involvement will insure that the design vision is achieved and sustained. A final design is the result of  initial site analysis and follow up studies for ideal site development possibilities. Those ideal, often more budget independent first quick studies are intended to open up an educated understanding, what the site potentials are, before deciding for a final design direction. Once all parties understood which option is the best under given target budget, follow up budget engineered versions will result in a final design and construction drawings for contractor bidding.
